“ This is the first time I'd been here, it was a lovely setting and the staff were really friendly and efficient. I only had some garlic bread and a basket of chips as I was eating out later. I thought the garlic bread would be a 12" baguette, but it was more like a 1.99 Aldi/Lidl 12" garlic bread shaped like a pizza, very disappointing, especially as they charge 8-9 for it. The burgers looked very nice though. I only had 1 beer, I'd say it was about standard price 4-4.50 for a bottle of Sol. The atmosphere was quite nice, very relaxed. I xan imagine it being very busy in the summer months as it overlooks the beach and pier. ”

The chef Helen was kind enough to talk me through their 72hrs fermentation process, and it really paid off with the depth of flavour it achieves. The restaurant was also handling a very large table whilst we were eating and the service still ran smoothly. ”

They have a real pizza oven, and they pizzas were great, made fresh, and served pretty quickly. Went on a Saturday evening in peak summer season, it was fairly empty as it tucked away out of view. ”
